How Monthly Feed Preorders Work
Fresh feed, thoughtfully formulated and made to order.
Our exclusive non-GMO poultry feed blends are produced in scheduled batches by our manufacturing partner, Triple M Farms. This approach allows us to offer our specialized formulations while coordinating production for our farm and customers.
1. Select Your Feed
Explore our custom blends and choose the formulation and bag size that best fits your flock. Available sizes include 5 lb, 20 lb, and 40 lb.
2. Place Your Preorder
Orders are collected ahead of each scheduled production run. Each ordering period will have a published cutoff date.
3. Fresh Milling & Production
Following the ordering deadline, feed orders are coordinated with our manufacturer for the next production run.
4. Pickup or Delivery
Choose farm pickup in Vermont or shipping directly to your location. You'll receive fulfillment details and an estimated timeline for your order.

Feed Pickup, Shipping & Wholesale
Farm Pickup — Vermont
Customers may choose farm pickup for their feed orders. Pickup pricing will be available for customers collecting their orders directly from Sugar Feather Farm.
All pickups will be scheduled after the feed arrives and orders are ready. Feed is not currently available for immediate pickup.
Shipping Throughout the United States
We plan to offer convenient shipping for our 5-lb, 20-lb, and 40-lb feed options.
Shipped orders will have pricing that accounts for packaging and transportation costs, so customers can understand their total feed cost before placing an order.
Shipping availability and fulfillment estimates will be confirmed when each preorder period opens.
